The Oklahoma DNA Test Subsidy Program (OKDNA) provides affordable, court-admissible and peace of mind DNA testing for qualifying Oklahoma residents who receive public assistance. This program is designed to remove financial barriers while maintaining the highest professional and legal standards.

Subsidized Testing Cost

$189.00-$199.00 per qualifying case

✔ Court-admissible paternity and maternity testing ONLY
✔ Peace of Mind paternity and maternity testing ONLY

This program does not include ancestry testing, prenatal testing, or relationships outside of paternity/maternity tests.

Who Qualifies?

Applicants must be Oklahoma residents currently enrolled in one or more of the following assistance programs:

• SNAP (Food Stamps)

• Medicaid

• Housing Assistance (Section 8 or similar)

• TANF

• LIHEAP

• Social Security Income (SSI)

Proof of active enrollment is required to receive subsidized pricing.

Important Program Requirements

• Both the mother and father must voluntarily sign consent forms for court-admissible paternity or maternity testing

• Testing is conducted under strict chain-of-custody standards

• Subsidy applies to one test per case

• Mobile DNA collection services are available; travel fees may apply
